Bio
After graduating with a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Film and Communications from the University of Arizona, Pam returned to New York City and set off on a career in film and television production. She quickly rose to become a production manager for motion pictures, music videos, and commercials. While on a film set, she was introduced to a career in food styling -- a field that combines her lifelong passion for cooking, aesthetics, and the media arts.
She enrolled in the Institute of Culinary Education, where she earned a certificate in the Career Culinary Arts program that was followed by an externship at the restaurant, DANIEL. After spending time acquiring different techniques under the tutelage of several notable New York stylists, Pam has gone on to launch her own career in food styling with a special interest in television, editorial, cookbooks, and advertising.
In addition to Food Styling, Pam also teaches cooking classes at the The Cooking Lab, in Port Washington, NY where she lives with her husband, 2 kids and dog, Haley.
